For many affected, quality of life is challenged by the pain and functional difficulties. Cystic Fibrosis is a genetic condition that is most commonly known for the pulmonary involvement, but it also affects the liver, pancreas, kidneys, and the intestines. The symptoms are varied between people affected by the condition, but at the heart of each person is strength, determination, and perseverance. Release TBA

Down Syndrome is noted to be one of the most common chromosome abnormalities at a rate of approximately 1/1000. While the condition carries common facial characteristics, it comes with something else – Heart!
